MILITARY DIET: LOSE 4 KILOS IN 4 DAYS

- Breakfast: 1 slice of white cheddar cheese or apple + 1 + 6 cookies
- Lunch: 1 slice bread + 1 egg
- Dinner: 1 cup tuna + 1/2 banana + 1 cup vanilla ice cream
Day 4:
During this day you can eat whatever you want, but you must keep in mind that it is advisable to choose foods that are healthy and allow us to have a balanced diet. Avoid soft drinks, sweets, excess flour and other foods that can reach to increase your weight.
